Huni Anytime Toning Mist Review

Review of Huni Anytime Toning Mist
By Kath A.

Packaging: Huni Anytime Toning Mist comes in a trendy plastic pump action spritzer so no harmful aerosols. It looks expensive and intriguing!

Application: Huni Anytime Toning Mist is light and refreshing and is easily absorbed into the skin. It is soothing and hydrating on a hot day with a delicate honey fragrance. It does not lead to the tight feeling some sprays can give. The spray gives a plumpening and moisturising feel to the skin and feels very gentle and cool.It would be great as a base for make-up and for avoiding dry skin on an airplane!

Ingredient : Huni Anytime Toning Mist contains New Zealand Manuka honey and Kowhai extract, both of which are traditionally used for their soothing and antioxidant properties. Honey can be used to get rid of free radicals in your skin and system as a way of avoiding premature aging and skin damage.

Comvita's Huni products are made in New Zealand and the natural ingredients are free from parabens, sodium lauryl sulphate detergents, artificial colours and genetically-modified plant materials. The products are cruelty free and have not been tested on animals.

Results: My skin looks moisturised and fresher, and really feels like it has had a good drink! Huni Anytime Toning Mist would be a great pick me up product for when your skin needs an added bit of radiance.

Pros:

It is hydrating and soothing on a hot day and would be great for travel

The dispenser is light and handy for carrying around in a handbag

It is gentle and good for sensitive skin

Cons:

There can be a little stinging and tightening sensation around the eyes

It may take several pump actions to get the Toning Mist out of the dispenser!

The plastic dispenser can be quite tough to open.

Inika Mineral Eye Shadow Review

Reviews of Inika Mineral Eye Shadow
By Debra S.
Packaging:Inika Mineral Eye Shadow is simply contained in a clear plastic jar with a blacklid. The product name is printed in gold on the lid top. The clearplastic label on the bottom contains the basic information.

Application:There is a plastic sprinkle lid inside with holes in it topped with apull off label. As my nails are short, it was difficult to pull off this label. I use a brush for eye shadow, so I found it irritating touse, as I had to pull off the sprinkle lid too to dip my brush inside, which scattered powder.I needed to dip my brush twice into the powder to apply to the wholeof each eye. It went on evenly and looked the same colour as the colour in the jar.
Ingredients:The Inika website was easy to find and contained lots of information and looked fairly interesting. I noticed the shade was a different colouron the web, but that was to be expected. They talk of the purity ofthe ingredients and say they are organic.

Results:This gorgeous pale pink-brown coloured powder of Lychee 18 has a velvet softtexture. Although it went on evenly, it soon became patchy and fadedfast. I tried re-applying it, but the results were the same. Despitetrying it every day for a week, the results were disappointing, asthey were always the same. There were no allergic reactions though.

Pros:Gorgeous colourNo allergies

Cons:· Found the design fiddly to handle and apply· Need to apply a lot of powder to cover eyes· Colour was patchy· Colour faded fast.
